Implementation Methodology

Implementation methodology includes the following services: analysis - development and design - training - supervision of implementation - technical support through major work stages as follows:

Initial meeting (analysis, implementation plan making and modifications according to client need).
Appointing a permanent project manager (reviewing workflow and its compatibility with current regulations and making settings and definitions to suit the nature of workflow and work.
GAP Analysis
Appointing a specialized team (developers and consultants in the various system departments such as accounts, human resources, operations, projects ... etc.).
Settings and development (adjustments according to GAP Analysis and implementation of work procedures according to recommendations from the project manager).
Data management (follow up on data entry correctly or importing from legacy systems (basic data, balance and opening balances for work).
Testing the system and everything related to it from peripheral devices data.
Launch (launch of the system completely or in parallel with the old systems for flexible and successful transition).
Ongoing support (continuous online support to provide any new need and guidance for optimal ways to take advantage of the system and solve any problems that may arise with use).
